      Ibiza is conveniently located along Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road and Al Khail Road providing excellent access to many of the Emirate’s most popular locations. Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai International Airport and other popular locations can be reached in under 35 minutes.

      Please note that the public transport network in the DAMAC Lagoons mega project under construction is not yet developed. Therefore, for the time being, it is advisable to travel in your own car.

      It will take about 15 minutes to reach many socially important facilities, including educational institutions, hospitals, supermarkets, leisure facilities and more. These include:
